Prenatal Yoga        

Using yoga postures, breath work and meditation this class will create an opportunity to fully surrender to the infinite intelligence of your body. Flow Yoga 

Strengthen your body, open your heart and clear your head. This yoga class is rooted in Tantra, which aims to awaken the kundalini, balance the chakras and transform physical energy into awareness. Postnatal Yoga

Rediscover your body, breath and vitality with a revitalizing flow of yoga postures. Build your strength, enhance your flexibility and centre your awareness. Yoga for Menopause

Make peace with your changing body. Using yoga postures, breath awareness and guided meditation, this class will provide strategies for alleviating many of the discomforts associated with menopause. This class will focus on tuning into the natural intelligence of the body and embodying that wisdom. 5 Weeks, $75, Pre-registration required. Kelly McDowell

Kelly McDowell owns and operates kalico healing arts. Kelly began practicing and studying yoga in 1994 and was certified as a flowyoga instructor by Kaila Kukla in 1999. Kelly's focus is on using the postures to cultivate awareness. She received her degree and pursued graduate studies in Sociology at the University of Toronto. She has worked as a counsellor with homeless women and young offenders and is currently focused on bringing body centered practices to a diverse range of clients.
