Kelly offers unique yoga classes that are both physically challenging and deeply meditative. Whatever your level of experience, these classes open the door to deep states of peace and joy.

Prenatal Yoga
Using yoga postures, breath work and meditation this class will create an opportunity to fully surrender to the infinite intelligence of your body. The class has been design to be accessible to women at all stages of pregnacy and provides a deeply relaxing and physically challenging practice. The focus of the postures is on strengthening your upper body and opening through the hips. The focus of the class is on using the postures as an opportunity to develop the capacity to remain relaxed in the presence of deep sensation.

Flow Yoga
Strengthen your body, open your heart and clear your head. This yoga class is rooted in Tantra, which aims to awaken the kundalini, balance the chakras and transform physical energy into awareness. Using a flow of yoga postures this class is a physically challenging and meditative journey inward.
